Overview
The wall is a structure that inhibits mobs and players from passing through. Walls are most often used to build bases and to block off crucial locations. Walls have five tiers, from wooden to amethyst, in which higher tiers have more health than lower ones.
Wooden Wall
The wooden wall is the lowest tier of walls. It can easily be crafted with 20 wood by a workbench in a matter of seconds. Due to its large availability, wooden walls are often used as structures to block pursuers, and mobs (dragons). However, wooden walls are very weak; they can be broken by any tool, and they have a relatively low health.
Wooden walls are commonly used to protect bases and farms, however they can be vulnerable to attacks than other walls.
Wooden walls can be used to upgrade to stone walls, or to wooden spikes.
Stone Wall
The stone wall is the second lowest tier of walls. It can be crafted with 20 stone and a wooden wall by a workbench in a matter of seconds. Stone walls are very common in semi-advanced bases. Stone walls require hammers or amethyst tools to break, making fortifications more effective in general.
Stone walls can be used to upgrade to golden walls, or to stone spikes.
Golden Wall
The golden wall is the middle tier of walls. It can be crafted with 20 gold and a stone wall by a workbench. Golden walls are sometimes used in semi-advanced to advanced bases. Golden walls require hammers or amethyst tools to break, making fortifications more effective in general.
Golden walls can be used to upgrade to diamond walls, or to golden spikes.
Diamond Wall
The diamond wall is the second highest tier of walls. It can be crafted with 20 diamonds and a golden wall by a workbench. Diamond walls are sometimes used in advanced bases. Diamond walls require hammers or amethyst tools to break, making fortifications more effective in general.
Diamond walls can be used to upgrade to amethyst walls, or to diamond spikes.
Amethyst Wall
The amethyst wall is the highest tier of walls. It can be crafted with 20 amethyst and a diamond wall by a workbench. Amethyst walls are used in very advanced bases. Amethyst walls require hammers or amethyst tools to break, making fortifications more effective in general.
Amethyst walls can be used to upgrade to amethyst spikes.
